![]() ![]() Managers push you aside when you have questions, and make you feel like you are incompetent when you do.The managers expect you to know everything, it is not a learning environment by any means. Terrible communication among management. Also, in my time at Composure I never had any issues with time off / vacations / the like - work / life balance is really good and they also offer a nice retirement savings plan and health insurance coverage. During the current pandemic I saw more work in and out of our doors than ever before, & saw how hard the President / VP / managers were and still are working to keep everything flush and moving and at the end of the day those are the kind of people you want to work for. A great opportunity to work with some titans of the publishing industry (where else can you say you did work for National Geographic?). That's something I (and the team) are extremely proud of. Cool to see designs / books come to life and be a driving force behind learning and development. Designs and clients continued to progress as my time there went on and it was great to see the growth around me as well. During the last few years of my time the work evolved and there was a big push into stuff more high end and more design-ey which I liked along with moving into the digital realm which was really cool to see. I really enjoyed working with everyone there during my time with Composure. It is helping her and myself get through this difficult event of life prior to getting her spayed. The people are GREAT. I am using it right now for my 7 mos old Golden Retriever that is going through her first heat and getting stressed out about it. Prior to this being my method I had tried drugs that the Vet recommended and prescribed, but I didn't like the effects of them or knocking her out with drugs that didn't do anything for the anxiety, where she is still scared but just can't move to do anything about it. I would go check on my dog and she would be calm and asleep in her special place. Then I would put on some loud calming type music to drown sounds. Then have my car in the garage to double insulate against outside noises. I would build a den in my car or you could put a crate in it if your dog is trained to that and feels it's their safe place. ![]() I would double the dose (safe to do as per package) a few hours before, if I knew an event was coming. I have studied this problem to try and help my dogs and the ingredients in this supplement make sense based on what I have learned. I have used Composure Pro for years for my dogs that have stress issues due to Thunder, Fireworks or any other stressful situation. Just know, the smell isnt the best.So you may want to hold your breath.STILL WORTH IT!! This product is EXCATLY what we needed!!!! He Sleeps more, minds his own business and is NOT attacking his sister!!!! So far so good!!! I would highly highly recommend this product to animal owners who are having issues!!! I HONESTLY can say this working for us!!!! So for over 2 weeks now, I have given greyson 1 before I goto bed. And after reading what this is for and should do, I had to at least say I tried. Overall reviews of this product were good. I came across this product and wasnt sure it would be worth the $$$$ to get this. He usually does it while she is sleeping and goes for the neck, neck area. Over the years, greyson, will attack his sister.Let me add he is a 25lb cat and she is 14lbs.I've tried just about everything to fully stop this cat. I have 2 amazing 10 yr old domestic shorthair tiger cats. I like the fact that it's made of natural ingredients and I can use it long term without worrying about it causing health problems or an addiction for my cat like the antidepressants do. The chews did not do wonders and eliminate the problem completely, but they did have a strong calming effect on my cat, so her behavioral outbreaks significantly reduced in quantity and quality, and became tolerable for us (she used to drive me super crazy with nonstop crying and restlessness before we started giving her this treats). For big dogs it might be a little too expensive of a solution. I only give her half a chew, so the bag last us a long time and is worth the price. My cat eats it as eagerly now as the first time (we are currently half way through the second bag). My veterinarian recommended trying Vetriscience Composure chews before turning to heavy medication.Īfter reading other reviews I chose this product over the one that is designed for cats only, because of the taste issues with the LATTER mentioned by multiple owners (my cat is very picky about taste). Our cat has separation anxiety, and even when we are home she cries a lot for no apparent reason while roaming aimlessly around the house like cats in heat would, only she is spayed and shouldn't exhibit this behavior. ![]()
